Mexican Mocha


A little south of the border spin on your morning mocha


½ oz DaVinci Gourmet® Cinnamon Bark Syrup
½ oz DaVinci Gourmet® Chocolate Sauce
1 shot of espresso
8oz. Steamed 2% Milk
1 tsp Sprinkle King™ Chocolate Decorettes
Freshly grated cinnamon to taste


12 oz serving


1.Pour DaVinci Gourmet® Cinnamon Bark Syrup, DaVinci Gourmet® Chocolate Sauce into a vessel
2.Pull one 1.5oz. shot of espresso and add to syrups and sauce, stir
3.Top with steamed and frothed 2% milk
4.Top with whipped cream and add Sprinkle King™ Chocolate Decorettes
5.Drizzle with DaVinci Gourmet® Chocolate sauce and grate cinnamon stick over the top
