  • 0.5 lb Sweet Peppers

  • 14.17 grams Sweet Peppers

  • 1.0 pcs Chef's Pass Quick Pickling Brine

  • 28.35 grams Chef's Pass Quick Pickling Brine

  • 0.5 lb Onion

  • 14.17 grams Onion

  • 16.0 ozs Velveeta Cheese

  • 453.59 grams Velveeta Cheese

  • 2.0 tbsps Oil

  • 56.7 grams Oil

  • 1.0 lb Ground Beef

  • 28.35 grams Ground Beef


Preheat oven to 350F. Separate the ground beef into 4oz balls. Cut the Velveeta Cheese into 1 1/2inch slices. Mold the meat around the sliced cheese to form a patty with a cheesy center. Season the outside of the burger with salt and pepper. In a microwave safe bowl mix sweet peppers and onion with Quick Pickling Brine and toss to evenly coat. Cover and microwave in burst of 1min for 4min, stirring in between. Once cooked chill in fridge. Preheat pan at medium high heat. Once Hot, add 2 tbsp of oil and sear the burger on each side, 5min per side. Once seared, set it aside and let it rest. In the meantime butter the brioche buns and place facedown on a sheet pan. Place in the oven, and back until golden brown. Assemble the burger by placing the meat, pickled peppers and onions, mashed avocado and tomato.
