Directions

Wet chicken breast with cold water, then tumble in G7008 Hot ‘n Spicy Chicken Fry coating.Repeat for extra crispy coating.Fry at 350° until golden.To assemble salad, plate mixed greens, then top with corn, beans, fresh salsa, and sliced, coated chicken breast.Combine taco seasoning and ranch dressing.Serve on the side.
