  • 2.0 ozs Sour Cream

  • 56.7 grams Sour Cream

  • 0.5 tsp Chives, Fresh

  • 14.17 grams Chives, Fresh

Directions

Prepare batter by mixing 1 cup Golden Dipt Beer Batter mix with 8-9 oz water.Whisk well to a smooth batter with no lumps.Dust water moistened onion rings in dry Golden Dipt Beer Batter mix.Submerge the dusted onion rings into prepared batter and allow to drain slightly.Deep fry at 350°F for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.Serve with chilled sour cream and chive dipping sauce.
