Directions

Prepare batter by mixing 1 cup Golden Dipt Beer Batter mix with 8-9 oz water.Whisk well to a smooth batter with no lumps.Dust water moistened zucchini slices in dry Beer Batter mix.Submerge the dusted zucchini into prepared batter and allow to drain slightly.Deep fry at 350°F for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.Serve zucchini slices stacked with sliced tomato, mozzarella cheese and topped with warm marinara sauce.
