Directions

Prepare batter by mixing 1 cup Golden Dipt Beer Batter mix with 8-9 oz water.Whisk well to a smooth batter with no lumps.Dust water moistened shrimp in dry Beer Batter mix, shake off excess.Submerge the dusted shrimp into prepared batter and allow to drain slightly.Deep fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes.Serve with steamed rice, buttered green beans and chilled Chesapeake dipping sauce (mix mayonnaise and seasoning).
