  • 56.7 grams Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless - 8 Oz.

  • 3.0 tbsps Vegetable Oil

  • 85.05 grams Vegetable Oil

  • 1.5 tbsps Red Wine Vinegar

  • 42.52 grams Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1.0 cup GoldendiptĀ® - Chile Lime Batter Mix

  • 28.35 grams GoldendiptĀ® - Chile Lime Batter Mix

Directions

Marinate chicken breasts in oil and vinegar for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator covered with saran.Then remove from marinade and cut into 1/2" pieces and thread onto wooden skewers.Discard the marinade.Then roll in a pan which has been spread with Golden Dipt Chili Lime Batter mix to coat.Pre heat the grill to medium high heat.Lightly oil the grill grate and grill chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes or until done.Turn occasionally while grilling.
