Directions

Incorporate the first nine ingredients for dressing.Coat Tuna in chili lime breading and pan sear for 30 to 45 seconds per side, pull to side.Toss salad in dressing and place on plate as shown.Cut tuna on a bias and fan out.Garnish with edamame and mandarin orange segments.
