  • 0.3 cup Chopped Pecan Pieces

  • 8.5 grams Chopped Pecan Pieces

  • 1.0 cup Crushed Pineapple, Drained

  • 28.35 grams Crushed Pineapple, Drained

  • 0.5 cup Goldendipt® - Tropical Rum Coconut Batter Mix

  • 14.17 grams Goldendipt® - Tropical Rum Coconut Batter Mix

Directions

TILAPIA To prepare batter, mix 1 1/2 part dry batter mix with 1 part water.Combine Coconut Breading and chopped pecan pieces in dredging pan.Rinse and pat dry tilapia fillet.Dip tilapia in Coconut Batter to coat.Dredge in Coconut Breading mixture and fry at 350ºF until fish floats and is golden brown.PINEAPPLE MIXTURE Combine remaining ingredients in a chilled bowl and mix well.Refrigerate until needed.
