Directions

Place 1 cup of dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix in a tray.Submerge chicken tenders in water, remove, and coat with dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix.Mix remaining 1 cup of dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix with lime and pickle juices, ketchup, and mustard.Dip pre-dusted chicken tenders into wet mixture.Coat chicken tenders with Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs using a light, pressing action.Fry for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Serving Suggestions Layer bun with lettuce, chicken strips,cheese and tomato.Serve with kettle chips and a pickle spear.
