Directions

Place 1 cup of dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix in a tray.Submerge chicken tenders in water, remove, and coat with dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix.Combine remaining 1-3/4 cups dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix with cold coffee, chocolate syrup, and seasoning.Mix with wire wisk until free of lumps.Dip pre-dusted chicken tenders into wet mixture.Coat chicken tenders with Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs, using a light, pressing action.Fry for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Serving suggestions Place greens on plate and top with chicken, mango and pineapple and garnish with pico de gallo, black beans and dressing on the side.
