  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil

  • 7.09 grams Olive Oil

  • 1.0 pc Chef's Pass Caramelized Vegetable Reduction

  • 28.35 grams Chef's Pass Caramelized Vegetable Reduction

  • 1.0 lb Mixed Vegetables

  • 28.35 grams Mixed Vegetables

  • 4.0 rolls Hoagie

  • 113.4 grams Hoagie

  • 1.0 cup Grated Cheese

Preheat pan over high heat, lightly pound the sirloin with a mallet until is even thickness throughout. Toss meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat sirloin until cooked through, approximately 3-4min per side. Once cooked remove the steak from pan and wrap in aluminum foil. Toss vegetables in the Caramelized Vegetable Reduction until glazed. Cook in pan at medium high heat for 5min, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Once cooked, reserve in an aluminum foil. Slice meat into small strips. Place in the hoagie (add any juices leftover). Top with vegetables, and grated cheese. Wrap in aluminum foil and let them sit for 10 min before serving.
