Directions

Combine dry Buttermilk Pre-Dip Batter Mix, water, ranch dressing, liquid smoke, cheese, and pepper.Mix with wire whip until free of clumps.Dip the shrimp into wet mixture.Fry for 2 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Cook pasta and toss with Alfredo sauce.Top off with fresh basil, diced tomatoes, and shrimp.Variation Substitute creamy italian for ranch dressing or asiago for parmesan cheese.
