Directions

Place 1/2 cup of dry Pre-dip Batter Mix in a tray.Submerge pork tenderloin strips in water, remove and coat with dry Pre-Dip Batter Mix.Combine remaining 1/2 cup dry Pre-Dip Batter Mix with water, 1-1/2 Tbs Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.Dip pre-dusted pork slices into wet mixture.Blend Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs with remaining 1 Tbs Italian seasoning.Coat pork slices with Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs using a light pressing action.Fry for 2 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Remove and top with mozzarella cheese.
