Directions

Cut fish filet into two or three equal portions, lenghwise.Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of the fish and press into the flesh.Note also great with Grouper or Perch filets.Dust seasoned fish pieces with dry Golden Dipt Beer Batter.mix 3/4 cup Beer Batter with cool water.Dip dusted fish pieces into prepared Beer Batter to coat.Fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until fish is golden brown.Approximately 2-3 minutes.Fry time will vary depending on thickness and shape of fish fillets.Serve with fries, malt vinegar and tartar sauce.
