Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325F. Cut the baguette into long slices and brush them with olive oil (2 tbsp). Place the bread slices onto a sheet pan and bake until golden brown. Toss peppers and tomatoes with the Bruschetta Builder until evenly coated. Let it sit for 10min. Assemble the bruschetta by placing the vegetables and the ricotta on top of the bread. Optional: For extra flavor and texture, use the broiler to caramelize the toppings for 1 min.
