  • 1.0 pc Chef's Pass Bruschetta Builder

  • 28.35 grams Chef's Pass Bruschetta Builder

  • 3.0 ozs Mozzerella Cheese

  • 85.05 grams Mozzerella Cheese

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 450F (or the pre-made pizza dough temperature direction).Toss the tomatoes and mushrooms with the Bruschetta Builder until evenly coated. Top pizza dough with 2oz of cheese. Add the tomato and mushroom mix, and finish with the last oz of cheese. Bake until fully cooked (12-14 min or per pre-made pizza dough instructions). Garnish the pizza with the sliced avocado and olive oil. Finish with black pepper.
