Shipping & Returns


Business Orders: For all “Ground” orders, Kerry will use “best method” and may use different carriers including but not limited to UPS. If expedited shipping options are selected, such as “overnight,” UPS will be the carrier. Order status and tracking information can be viewed online in “My Account”. Kerry does not ship online orders to other countries outside of the U.S. at this time. All orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following Business Day. See below for details on returns. Note: At our discretion, Kerry may assess a Restocking Fee up to 25%.
Home Orders Shipping: For Home Orders, Kerry uses UPS for shipping in the United States. Kerry does not ship online orders to other countries at this time. To purchase Kerry products internationally, please contact Kerry Customer Service at 800-244-8724. All orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following Business Day.
Kerry offers UPS SurePost services for Home Orders in the contiguous United States. SurePost is a service by UPS whereby final delivery is completed by the US Postal Service®. Please provide 2 – 7 business days for shipments within the United States.
Note: Some products may freeze and the bottles may break if left outside in sub-freezing weather. If you are shipping to an address that may be below freezing, please note that shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. We recommend shipping your order to a commercial business address or have someone present to accept delivery to help reduce risk of freeze damage.


In order to continue to offer exceptional service to you, our valued customer, minimize confusion and expedite correction of product returns and administrative errors, we have reiterated below our policies regarding returns, pricing, deductions and unresolved issues.
Kerry works hard to provide you with the product you want, when you want it, and in saleable condition. Sometimes, however, you may have a problem with a shipment. When calling to request a return/credit, please have order number/PO number, product code, date of receipt, who distributed the product to you and the recipient information. Below is the processes for returns.
Our terms of sale contain the Kerry guarantee:
Kerry guarantees its products to be saleable at time of shipment from Kerry controlled warehouses or plants. Upon acceptance of Kerry products at buyer’s facility, Kerry is released of any liability caused by poor sanitation practices, mishandling, improper stock rotation or over ordering.
Kerry will not accept returned product without proper authorization. Contact your Kerry Customer Care Representative at 800-244-8724 to obtain authorization. The buyer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred, handling, storage and detention charges.

Returns of Damaged Goods

Please refuse delivery of damaged merchandise and have it returned to Kerry. If the damage is not visible until the merchandise is unpacked, contact Customer Care at 800-244-8724. Our normal customer care process is to request photographs of damaged goods so we can determine how and why the damage occurred and prevent it from occurring in the future.
Please make sure to report all damage within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Returns for Quality

Kerry strives to provide you with the highest quality product at all times. Should you experience a quality issue, please contact your Customer Care Representative at 800-244-8724 so that we may arrange replacement product.

Returns of Seasonal Products or Lost Business

Our corporate policy is we do not accept returns on seasonal/lost business items or returns for short dated products. If you received short dated product, contact Kerry Customer Care 800-244-8724 within 5 business days so that we may arrange replacement product.
