In the Mushroom Hazelnut Macchiato, we combine the smooth taste of espresso with the delicate notes of mushroom and earthiness of matcha for an adventurous take on a classic macchiato.
4 ozs. Big Train Espresso mix
12 ozs. Steamed Oat
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
1 tsp Lion’s Mane and Shiitake Mushroom Powder
1 Tbsp. Matcha powder
1 oz. Prepared espresso
Garnish: Chocolate cookie topped with meringue and cookie mushrooms.
Combine first 5 ingredients and blend with a frothier. Pour into service Glass. Drizzle prepared espresso over the back of a spoon at the inside edge of the glass over cream. Add garnish.
