Spiced Pumpkin Horchata Cold Brew


A fall–forward iced build that shakes Big Train Vivaz Horchata Blended Crème with cold brew and DaVinci Gourmet Pumpkin Pie Sauce, then crowns it with a silky cold foam made from DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup and a touch of DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup. Smooth pumpkin spice with a gentle sweet–heat finish.

Makes: 16 oz.

Ingredients:

8 ounces cold brew
¾ cup Big Train Vivaz Horchata Blended Crème
½ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Pumpkin Pie Sauce
Cold Foam
½ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
¼ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup
2 ounces heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

Step 1 In a shaker, combine cold brew, Big Train Vivaz Horchata Blended Crème, and DaVinci Gourmet Pumpkin Pie Sauce. Shake thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Step 2 In a separate container, whisk or froth heavy whipping cream with DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup and DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup until lightly thickened (cold foam).
Step 3 Pour the coffee mixture into a glass and spoon or pour the cold foam on top & Enjoy!

Extra Twist:

Serve over ice for extra chill; dust the foam with pumpkin spice or cinnamon. For dairy–free, use oat or almond creamer for the foam. Dial heat up or down by adjusting the habanero syrup.
