We put a decadent, indulgent twist on the classic espresso martini with toasted coconut and a freshly toasted marshmallow for a fun garnish.
2 Scoops Big Train Espresso 1 oz. Coffee Liquor 1 ½ oz. Vodka .5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Toasted Marshmallow Syrup Garnish: Toasted Marshmallow
Dip the rim of a coupe glass into hot fudge, then into crushed toasted coconut. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into the coupe glass. Thread a large marshmallow onto a wooden skewer and place over the rim of the glass. Light the marshmallow with a lighter and serve. Blow out flame just as serving.
