Ingredients:

⅔ cup steamed milk
¾ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup, divided
1 shot espresso
1 dried banana chip, chopped (optional)
1 plantain chip, chopped (optional)
1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1 For banana crumble, combine chopped banana chip, plantain, and nutmeg in a small dish. Set aside.
Step 2 In a steamer pitcher, combine milk and ½ ounce of DaVinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup; steam until thickened.
Step 3 Pour mixture into an 8 oz coffee mug.
Step 4 Combine remaining syrup and espresso; add to the mug. Spoon any remaining milk foam on top and sprinkle with the reserved banana crumble. Serve.
