The biggest coffee trend in 2020 so far is Dalgona, or coffee foam. The trick is to use instant coffee and layering as a foam on top of milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
3 tablespoons water
0.5 oz DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
5 oz milk
Whisk all ingredients besides milk and syrup with electric for a few minutes, allowing froth to come to the top. The color will start to shimmer like fresh crema on an espresso shot, stopping once firm. In glass, add DaVinci Gourmet and milk, stir. Last, scoop the coffee froth and dollop on top of milk, serve.
