Flatbread is the perfect made-to-order dish to highlight plant-based proteins and explore a variety of flavors and ingredients.
12"x5" Flatbread, thawed if frozen
1 cup Queso
1⁄2 cup Spinach/Kale, chopped
1⁄2 cup Mozzarella/Provolone blend
1⁄2 cup PlantFareTM, thawed
1 Pinch Black pepper, cracked Roasted Poblano Pesto
240g Roasted poblano
128g Pesto seasoning
21⁄2 cup Olive oil
11⁄2 cup Canola oil
Blend in blender until smooth, about one minute.
Spread queso to half an inch from the edge.
Blend and chop kale/spinach and add to flat bread.
Sprinkle cheese to edge.
Toss PlantFareTM with black pepper.
Bake at 375°F convection for about ten minutes or until nicely browned.
Drizzle with Roasted Poblano Pesto.
