Key Lime Margarita Pie


Bring the beach to your dessert table


1.25 C Crushed pretzels
1/4 C sugar, 6T Melted butter
1 (14 oz. can) evaporated milk
3/4C Island Oasis Margarita Mix
1/4C Key lime Juice (or regular limes)
8 oz. whipped cream


(1) 9" pie


To make crust: Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter. Press firmly into bottom and sides of pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill. Combine evaporated milk, Island oasis Margarita Mix, and lime juice in large bowl until well blended. Fold in whipped cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks in a mixing bowl. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream topped with lime zest
