Pound chicken breast to ½” to ¾” thick if necessary or desired Prepare batter using Hot & Spicy by adding dry mix to water in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part Hot & Spicy Chicken Fry and mix well Place one or two inches of dry Hot & Spicy in a half pan Dredge chicken breast in prepared batter and allow to drain slightly Place chicken breast in dry Hot & Spicy, cover and work breading into chicken to create the desired texture Fry until internal temperature reaches 165 F
