Up the cinnamon factor in your favorite chai with this boozy take on the classic cinnamon & sugar flavor combo.
1.5 cups Ice1 oz. Spiced rum1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Chai Tea Concentrate2 oz. RumChata or Irish Cream LiquorCinnamon (garnish)Sugar (garnish)Cocoa powder (garnish)Salted caramel (garnish)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup. Shake until well blended. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with cinnamon, sugar and cocoa powder. Garnish with a salted caramel.
