Refreshing and color-happy, this collins shakes gin with Island Oasis Strawberry Beverage Mix, DaVinci Gourmet Dragon Fruit Syrup, and lemon juice — poured tall over ice and finished with mint and a slice of dragon fruit or strawberry.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups ice
1 ½ ounces gin
3 ounces Island Oasis Strawberry Beverage Mix
1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Dragon Fruit Syrup
2 ounces lemon juice
Mint, for garnish
Dragon fruit or strawberry slice, for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2 Shake and pour into a collins or highball glass (dirty pour). Garnish with mint and fruit slice & Enjoy!
