Huckleberry Mojito

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

2 sprigs    Fresh mint
1½ cups   Crushed ice
¼ oz.        Island Oasis Mojito Frozen Beverage Mix
1 ½ oz.     White rum
1 oz.         DaVinci Gourmet Huckleberry Syrup
5 oz.         Club soda
Blackberries, garnish
Fresh mint, garnish

Instructions:

Step 1  Muddle fresh mint and Island Oasis Mojito Frozen Beverage Mix in a tall Collins glass.
Step 2  In glass, combine and stir crushed ice, white rum, and DaVinci Gourmet Huckleberry Syrup.
Step 3  Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint leaves. Enjoy!

Extra Twist: You can change the flavor of the mojito to any kind you prefer by simply changing the flavor of the syrup.
