Ingredients:

⅓ cup whole milk
1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Maple Syrup
2 shots prepared espresso
½ cup Maple Whipped Cream
2 tsp candied walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1 Maple Whipped Cream: Combine 10 oz heavy whipping cream and 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Maple Syrup in a whipped cream dispenser; charge, shake 4–5 times, and refrigerate.
Step 2 Steam milk until it starts to thicken. Add maple syrup and continue steaming until dense. Pour into a 10 oz mug.
Step 3 Prepare a double espresso and slowly pour over steamed milk. Top with Maple Whipped Cream and chopped glazed walnuts, if desired. Serve.
