Bright and zippy, this espresso–meets–mojito riff stirs DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup with fresh lime, espresso, and soda water over ice, finished with mint and peach slices for a breezy, café–bar crossover.

Makes: ~8–10 oz
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup
½ ounce fresh lime juice
1 ½ ounces espresso
5 ounces soda water
Peach slices, for garnish
Mint leaves and sprigs, for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 Fill a glass with ice.
Step 2 Add DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup, lime juice, espresso, and top with soda water. Stir gently.
