Spirit-forward yet soft around the edges, this shaken coupe blends rye whiskey with Oregon Chai Original Chai Concentrate, elderflower, DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup, and fresh cream — finished with a lavender–sugar rim and delicate floral garnish.

Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1 ½ ounces rye whiskey
1 ½ ounces Oregon Chai Original Chai Concentrate
½ ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup
2 ounces fresh cream
1 teaspoon purple sanding sugar, for rim
Dried lavender, for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 Rim a coupe glass with purple sanding sugar. Set aside.
Step 2 Shake rye, Oregon Chai, elderflower liqueur, DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup, and cream with ice.
Step 3 Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with dried lavender & Enjoy!
