Like the Dude, we’re into brevity – and White Russians. This spicy take on the classic cocktail is easy to make with just a few ingredients yet it packs a punch of flavor.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Oregon Chai Spiced Chai Concentrate
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Coffee Syrup
1.5 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Cream
Garnish: 5 Spice Foam
Garnish: Dusting of Nutmeg
Garnish: Star Anish
Instructions:
Add Oregon Chai Spiced Chai and vodka and pour in a rocks glass with ice. Pour a shot of cold espresso over the back of a spoon at the inside edge of the glass, or pour a shot of coffee liquor into glass. Spoon 5 spice foam on top and grate fresh nutmeg on top of the foam.
