12 Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb. PlantFare
2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
1 Bag Slaw Mix
2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
3⁄4 tsp. Celery Seeds
1 Tbsp. Honey
11⁄2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Bring a small pot of water to boil and add onions, boil for two minutes.
Combine hot onions with sugar, salt and vinegar for 20 minutes.
Combine slaw ingredients into a large bowl.
Sauté PlantFareTM in a large sauté pan and season with black pepper.
Remove from heat and combine with BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
Toast Hawaiian rolls in the oven or on a grill.
Divide PlantFareTM, slaw, and pickled onion among the rolls.
