Banana Maple Espresso Martini


Elevate your cocktail menu with this sophisticated, bakery-inspired martini. Espresso, vanilla vodka, banana syrup, and maple syrup are shaken to a creamy foam and garnished with a banana bread slice and maple sugar rim. This drink is a showstopper, blending trending flavors and indulgent notes for a memorable, comfort-driven experience.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups ice
2 ounces vanilla vodka
2 ounces prepared espresso (refrigerated)
½ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup
½ ounce DaVinci Gourmet Maple Syrup
1 tsp DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce (optional)
½ tsp maple sugar (optional)
Mini banana bread, toasted (for garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1 Brush or dip one outside area of a chilled coupe/martini glass with chocolate sauce; dip in maple sugar. Fill with ice water and set aside.
Step 2 In a shaker, combine all ingredients except chocolate sauce and maple sugar. Shake vigorously 15–20 seconds.
Step 3 Discard ice water. Double strain into the prepared glass. Serve with a toasted slice of banana bread, if desired.
