A tropical–coffee mashup that blends creamy pina colada, banana, and vanilla with bold espresso and a light cocoa finish — refreshing yet indulgent, perfect for brunch menus or afternoon pick–me–ups.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups ice
4 ounces Island Oasis Shelf Stable Pina Colada Mix
½ banana, cut into pieces, frozen
1 shot espresso
½ teaspoon cocoa powder
4 ounces almond milk
½ ounce DaVinci Vanilla Syrup
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2 Pour the mixture into a 20 oz tropical glass or cup. Serve.
Extra Twist:
Make a latte version by substituting DaVinci Banana Syrup and steaming it with the almond milk and vanilla syrup. Pour over hot espresso in a coffee cup, then add 2 ounces of Island Oasis Pina Colada Mix. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Tasting Notes:
The tropical combination of pina colada mix and banana pairs nicely with the classic espresso–cocoa profile. A dried banana slice topped with toasted shaved coconut makes a great garnish.
