COCONUT SHRIMP Holding shrimp by the tail, predust using dry G7001 Pre-Dip Batter.Dip into prepared G7001 Golden Dipt® Pre-dip, let drain slightly.Then place in pan of G2460 Golden Dipt® Tropical Rum Coconut Panko, covering shrimp with breader and pressing gently to coat.Repeat for all 6 shrimp.Fry at 350° until golden, about 2 min.MANGO DIPPING SAUCE Blend together in a small saucepan, heat gently to melt jam, stirring well.If thin let simmer to concentrate.Cool and serve with shrimp.Garnish with mango.
