  • 2.0 tbsps Finely Grated Garlic

  • 56.7 grams Finely Grated Garlic

Directions

Pre-heat an oven to 400F. Chop brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and carrots into bite size pieces. Toss Brussel sprouts, sweet potato, and carrot with Caramelized Vegetable Reduction until evenly coated. Place vegetables on a sheet pan and cook for 6min. Remove the pan from the oven, and add onion and finely grated garlic, stir well. Cook until tender (7-10min). Season with salt and pepper before serving.
